I also went there "South Carolina" to attend music festival. It was just fine. The album of Mathews Dekon has dominating music.

Speaking of live albums, any chance that "Endless Party", "Trouble In the Jungle" or "Electric Guitar" might ever see CD reissue?
Take care, a fan for a long time back to the late 70's

Wonderful to find this! I was just a year or so older than you at the time the Monkees came out, and was also captivated by Micky....met him all this time later while he was performing in Pippin in Hershey PA in the fall. He was the kind of person I always thought he would be. Hopefully you will get a chance to meet him too someday.

mickey is coming to vancouver during the p.n.e. this august...i can't wait...like you...i loved the monkees...i saw a hard day's night in a movie theater full of screaming girls when i was 9...why were they screaming at a movie...what did they want...shut up and listen to the movie i thought...but i fell in love with the beatles and rock'n'roll...then the monkees brought rock'n'roll into my house every week...great music...except for davy's songs...and lots of laffs...mickey was my fave...he played drums..like my other hero...keith moon...my dad hated the monkees cuz they had "long hair"...he was a barber and thought anyone with long hair was "a homo"...i had curly hair and grew it out like mickey...that made my dad crazy...i saw the movie head when it played in vancouver...apparently it only played a few cities in all of north america...was universally panned and bombed...it is still one of my all time fave movies...it would turn up every few years at a midnight movie...i saw it once on my birthday high on acid...then i bought it on tape...for around $80...i made copies for all my friends...now i have it on dvd...last month i was telling a guy at work about it...and that same night it turned up on turner classic movies...letterboxed...i wanted to run out and jump off a bridge...now mickey is coming to town...teenage head and mickey dolenz in the same year...life is good...i love rock'n'roll
