Do I need a written opinion on this concert? Is it fully necessary? Because, if you look at who is playing, or, more appropriately, who is headlining the concert tonight then you will realize this concert doesn't need my opinion. Dead & Divine bring with them a good, solid, hardcore Burlington-style show no matter where they play. Amazing, thought-out guitar riffs, Will destroying his bass drum with his double kicks, Kellan flailing along in beat with the drums on bass and Matt Tobin on screeching and screaming, yelling and singing. So, yes, Guilty is really, really good too and I'm not going to sit in my swivelly chair here at the office and pretend to know everything about the local music scene - because I don't - so I won't comment on the other bands because I've never heard them. So - hey, if they are playing with D&D and Guilty they must have some aquired some talent in the hardcore scene.
Check it out.
Until later,
